Are you an experienced leader seeking your next challenge? A leading project and programme services agency is looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to step into the role of Regional Head of Healthcare covering Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland region.

As Regional Director, you will lead some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in the industry. You'll collaborate with sector and business leaders to expand the agency's profile, drive growth, and set new standards in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sector growth aligned with the national strategy.
  • Collaborate on market insights and deliver strategic regional plans.
  • Lead business development efforts, manage bids, and deliver thought leadership in the sector.
  • Set and achieve financial and operational targets, including revenue growth and talent development.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, engaging new clients and raising its profile.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in service delivery, sharing best practices across the region.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established network , preferably within the Healthcare sector and a proven track record in securing major projects.
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams and driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Strategic vision and strong leadership skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Relevant qualifications (RICS or similar) are highly desirable.
