We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Scaffold Supervisor with offshore scaffolding experience to work on heavy lifting vessels worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report functionally to the responsible engineer and oversee the competent inspection, reporting, and evaluation of in-service equipment.
• Ensure all activities are implemented safely and effectively, in accordance with company procedures and high service standards.
• Manage personnel in an international workforce, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Understand and execute scaffolding work scopes as required.
• Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards.
• Conduct onsite Health & Safety audits periodically and ensure action plans are fulfilled.
• Conduct periodic Toolbox Talks, PPE, and equipment inspections related to Health & Safety.
• Ensure the completion of annual company H&S objectives in line with key industry accreditation and company policy.
• Maintain and obtain relevant Health & Safety qualifications by staying updated with regulations.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Advanced CISRS Card.
• CISRS Advanced Inspection Card.
• Valid BOSIET or FOET Offshore Certification.
• Full UKOOA Medical, ENG1 Medical.
• MIST: Minimum Industry Standards Training.
• CA EBS/Bideltoid.
• Working and rescue at heights/Confined Spaces.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field, with demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Prepared to work a 5/5 rotation, which may be extended due to sailing times.
