Job Title: Fabric Technician/ Handyman

Location: Oxford

Contract: Facilities Company

Salary: 25 to 26K

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician/Handyman with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a Handyman to join a team on a Static retail contract around the Oxford area. The Salary is between 25K and 26K, working 40 hrs

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician/Handyman, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Plumbing repairs and installations
  • Carpentry work
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • General maintenance and repairs as required
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach
