JOB DESCRIPTION: Installation Engineer, Commissioning Engineer. Electrical Engineer - Electrical / Electrical installation, Capital Equipment, LEEA

As our Installation Engineer, you will be reporting to the Installation Manager. Youll be part of a small, but highly skilled and close-knit team, installing and commissioning our world class overhead gantry cranes on customer sites throughout the UK. This is a varied and dynamic role that involves working closely with clients, Project Managers, and other Engineers to ensure that installations are completed safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards.

Youll find yourself involved in:
The onsite- testing, installation and commissioning of gantry cranes and associated equipment
Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
The final commissioning and customer hand-over
The completion of all H&S and RAMS documentation
Working collaboratively with the project team to deliver successful outcomes

This is just a sample of what youll be doing.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Installation Engineer, Commissioning Engineer. Electrical Engineer - Electrical / Electrical installation, Capital Equipment, LEEA, Mechanical Engineer

Youll be a qualified and experienced electrically biased Installation Engineer who is happy working at heights and willing to travel throughout the UK.

Youll:
Be an expert with 3 phase motor controls and PLCs.
Have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ideally be certified 17th edition this is a preference but not an essential.
Be an excellent problem solver, able to identify and resolve faults.
Possess strong organisational skills, taking the lead of both plant & labour on site.

But, above all, youll be highly motivated, always put the customer first and work well as part of a team.
