Are you a Class Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of pupils within Education?
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Class Teacher to join our brand-new Options Autism School - Skylarks School in Epsom, Surrey. With a capacity for 60 pupils, Skylarks School is set to open in December 2024 and will cater to pupils with Autism and Complex Needs
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Term Time Only, Permanent
Welcome Bonus: £1000 Welcome Bonus - £500 after successful completion of 1 months service, £500 after successful completion of probation**

As a Class Teacher, you’ll deliver fun, engaging lessons tailored to each pupil, ensuring they achieve fantastic results.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing, planning, and assessing teaching sessions while staying updated on curriculum developments
Writing and implementing individual education plans, making assessments of educational attainment, and setting challenging yet achievable targets
Building strong relationships with all pupils to encourage their interest and participation in their education
Creating a stimulating and purposeful environment for all pupils to promote learning both inside and outside the classroom

*You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
