Who is Silva?

SILVA is a new, soon to be open, contemporary all-day dining and drinking destination that is both refined and relaxed in the heart of Mayfair. We prioritize personal service and excellence in food and drink.

Our menus include sensitively updated classic European recipes creatively tailored for modern London and an international audience. We will focus on excellent quality ingredients and the menus will evolve throughout the day, the week and the year, recognizing the importance of seasonality and inviting guests to return and enjoy evolving flavours.

We Have different roles in our BOH Team.

Position Available: Breakfast Chef
??Pay: £16 per hour
?Hours: 42 hours per week

Position Available: CDP (Chef de Partie)
??Pay: £16 per hour
?Hours: 40-48 hours per week

Position Available: Pastry Sous Chef

??Pay: £45,000 per year
?Hours: 48 hours per week
