Job Details

  • Providing expertise and steer for relevant regulator requirements across our motor claims, home claims and anti-fraud areas
  • Determining and executing target state 1st line risk, control, compliance, governance and assurance model, working with business owners to establish best practice, embedding the right accountabilities in the right place
  • Driving our Quality and Control Programme, ensuring that we have the right quality and controls in place, operating consistently and effectively as designed, with clear visibility of all regulatory requirements and supporting assurance
  • Ensuring inadequate or poor outcomes are identified quickly and understood, with actions taken in a timely manner
  • Creating the right environments culture and frameworks to ensure we have high quality standards and outcomes for customers and the business
  • Ensuring we have the appropriate governance and assurance in place providing clear visibility, oversight and management via straightforward principles and frameworks, with high quality documentation to show how we do what we do and why we've done it

Skills we would love you to have

  • Strong proven expertise in regulatory environments (Insurance/Financial Services highly advantageous)
  • Recent experience leading quality teams and implementing/managing quality frameworks, including compliance, risk, control, assurance and governance requirements with experience in defining and implementing operating models
  • Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels with the ability to influence change

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
