The Swan Hotel has been a safe haven for Alton's visitors for centuries, first opening as a coaching inn way back in 1777. You'll still spot plenty of period charm throughout its interiors, as well as ample mod-cons to help make your stay as comfy as possible. There are 46 bedrooms which all feature elegant furnishings, beautifully tiled en-suite bathrooms, and handy amenities such as tea and coffee-making facilities.
As Assistant Manager, youll?be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy hotel. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers
Act as a role model for the team support with training and development
Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
