Responsibilities

- Assisting conveyancers with the preparation of legal documents and contracts

- Conducting property searches and obtaining relevant documentation

- Managing correspondence and communication related to conveyancing matters

- Organising and maintaining accurate records of property transactions

- Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team


Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a conveyancing or legal environment is desirable

- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Proficiency in using relevant software applications such as case management systems
