The Role

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for engineering? We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our diverse team. In this role, you'll support our operations by maintaining and improving site equipment, ensuring reliability, and fostering a safe and collaborative working environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns swiftly and efficiently.
  • Performing planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identifying necessary parts and equipment for repairs and improvements.
  • Carrying out both electrical and mechanical installations and repairs within your skill set.
  • Using SAP (training provided) to document maintenance activities accurately.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across engineering and production teams to maintain high standards.
  • Applying safe working practices and risk assessments to all tasks.
  • Contributing to the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience with PLC diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
    • Experience in a production or service environment to manage the demands of a fast-paced workplace.

Please note this role works a double days shift pattern.
