Your Hours

What You'll Be Doing as Chef de Partie
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent food standards. Working in a friendly, supportive environment, you'll help bring seasonal menus and daily specials to life. As Chef de Partie, you will:
  • Prepare a variety of dishes across all stations, ensuring every meal meets high standards.
  • Assist the Sous and Head Chef with food orders, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star food safety rating.
  • Use your experience to prepare starters, mains, and desserts to specification.
  • Support the overall kitchen team in a fresh food environment.
This role is ideal for someone with previous kitchen experience, or a commis chef ready to progress.
