Are you a Finisher or Paint Sprayer looking to join a close-knit, well-established manufacturer where you will have the ability to increase your earnings through optional premium overtime, combined with technical training to become a product specialist alongside having a great work life balance?
On offer is the opportunity for a motivated individual coming from a spraying or finishing background to work for a stable company with the chance to increase your earnings through overtime opportunities.
The company are an industry leading manufacturer who work at the most prestigious properties and who specialise in bringing complex designs to life. They are a highly motivated business with a family culture at the core and work on high-end residential projects which can range around the world while maintaining the highest levels of service to their clientele.
On offer is a Skilled Finisher position where you can develop your skillset which can support your career development. You will be responsible for coating, priming and finishing furniture with the chance to progress your recognition and earnings.
This role would suit an ambitious sprayer or painter who is looking to progress their skillset within spraying and take the leap to finishing within joinery.
The Role:
*Coating, priming and finishing on bespoke products
*Working as part of the close-knit manufacturing team
*Internal, on-the-job training to develop your technical skillset
The Person:
*Spraying / Finishing background
*Motivated attitude
*Full UK Drivers Licence
