They are now looking for an Accountant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an Accountant, you will provide essential financial support to the organisation, focusing on reporting and the development of robust financial systems and processes.
Specifically, you will prepare and review management and year-end accounts, manage balance sheet reconciliations and support both internal and external audit processes.
In addition to delivering key financial insights, you will work closely with local treasurers and assist with various regulatory submissions to maintain compliance.
Additionally, you will:
- Offer guidance on finance systems to treasurers
- Support staff and volunteers in meeting finance team deadlines
- Assist with Pension Scheme accounts
About You
To be considered as an Accountant, you will need:
- To be a qualified accountant
- Membership of a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent
- Experience working in a busy finance setting
- Experience using a financial accounting package
- Excellent IT and Excel skills
