About the Role
In this rewarding role, youll play a vital part in supporting individuals with diverse needs and assisting healthcare professionals in providing top-quality care. Key responsibilities include:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals
- The Healthcare Assistant will be assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities
- Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as needed
- Staying current on best practices to ensure the highest standard of client care
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
- Have prior experience in residential care, supported living, or domiciliary care
- Possess relevant healthcare certifications
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving lives
