Display Graphics Business Development Manager

Role Summary:
The Display Graphics Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring display graphics sales targets are met, by bringing on board new clients, as well as developing existing accounts and opportunities. The role will include working closely with the VC branches nationally to ensure the highest of service levels for clients, as well as some project management and surveying as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly display graphics sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share within the display graphics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the visual communications sector.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats in the sector on a national level.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Be able to take responsibility for project management as required to ensure client satisfaction.
- Show a keen eye for detail and diligence to drive projects, ensuring timescales are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Regional Manager.
Must Have:
- Proven track record of success in display graphics sector, preferably sales based
- ?Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate well via telephone & email.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to self motivate, as well as to drive and inspire colleague.
- Willingness to travel as required in order to identify and action opportunities, as well as to be able to communicate on a face to face level with clients.
