This is a well-established party wall surveying company who are true specialists in their field. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in projects that cover the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. This is an exciting time to join a growing and expanding company who require a highly motivated individual, who has the desire and ability to become a specialist building surveyor. As the company expands, they will look to promote internally and support the right candidate with their chartership.
This position combines construction expertise with legal acumen. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, capturing detailed photographs, reviewing and evaluating architectural drawings, and assessing construction method statements. The role also involves performing drone surveys and maintaining clear communication with homeowners, developers, contractors, and fellow surveyors.
To be considered for this role you must have strong attention to detail, construction knowledge, and professional telephone manner.
