The Role:


As Branch Manager/Senior Negotiator, you will lead the Stirling office, driving sales and ensuring the highest standard of client service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily branch operations, managing a team, and negotiating property deals.

What You’ll Need:


  • Proven experience in estate agency or property sales, ideally in a senior or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • A thorough knowledge of the Central Belt property market
  • A full UK driving licence
  • An energetic, results-driven mindset
