Credit Control Administrator

We are looking for a Credit Controller Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
You will be responsible for the general administration on the credit control desk providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. They will also provide support to the credit control team.

About You
- Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Provide customer account reconciliations as required
- Credit Limit Reviews
- Credit control/Accounting experience not required
- Previous administration experience is an advantage
- Strong Communication skills
- Develop effective working relationships
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
- Strong team player with an ability to work on their own initiative
Your Role
As a Credit Control Administrator your role will involve:
- To provide administrative support to the credit control team in conjunction with the company credit policy
- Provide, ad hoc reports, admin support for internal stores, and supply customer service of a very high standard
- To provide additional support to cover Credit Controller during absence
- Produce letters from information supplied by the Credit Controller
- Administer finance agreements within the designated area
