Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

As a GTA in Year 5 or Year 6, youll support children of various abilities alongside an outstanding teacher. This role provides insight into the teaching profession, ideal for graduates planning to enter teacher training.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with creative and engaging teaching across KS2
  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson prep and curriculum delivery
  • Providing one-on-one support as needed for interventions
  • Assisting with extracurricular activities, lunch duties, and after-school clubs (additional pay included)
