Building Inspector

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Walsall, is currently looking to recruit a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector - working part-time – on a flexible contract length - project based on a rate of £40/hour via Umbrella. This role will be based in Walsall and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of high-rise residential buildings to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards.
- Issue completion certificates upon successful inspection.
- Maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Valid Class 3 Building Inspector registration.
- Full driving license with the ability to travel to sites around Walsall and surrounding areas.
- Previous experience in inspecting high-rise residential properties is preferred.
