Academic Mentor - Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to students across various subjects.
  • Help students improve their study skills, time management, and revision techniques.

  • Assist with the delivery of catch-up programmes for students who may have fallen behind.

Academic Mentor - Essential Requirements:
  • Academic Mentor candidates must hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university.
  • Enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting the development of students.
  • Strong subject knowledge in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science is beneficial.
  • A proactive approach and strong teamwork skills to provide individualised support.
