Learning Support Assistant | Job Summary
  • £475 - £550 per week (Paid weekly via PAYE)
  • Full time role 8-4, Monday-Friday
  • Sharpen your communication skills in a quiet environment
  • Connect with young people with brilliant minds
  • Gain valuable leadership skills supporting students from underprivileged areas
  • Career development opportunities putting you on the path to gaining QTS or PGCE
  • Support Senior Leadership Team and Teaching Staff to maximise efficiency in school
  • Working both on a 1:1 and small group basis to support the Class Teacher
  • Role starting immediately until July 2025 (opportunities to stay on after this are available)

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
  • Prior understanding of neurodivergent student needs
  • Some extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life: music, languages, sport (not essential)
