About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will participate in the design, development, implementation, and support of Power Platform Solutions on a tactical or project basis for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated applications and innovative, intuitive solutions to automate and enhance business processes using Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to build knowledge, experience, and understanding of new and existing solutions as a team.
  • Deploy tools, processes, and metrics to aid the development and performance management of future solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions, and execute on deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse. You should also have a proven ability to create professional Power Apps for business users with attractive interfaces, associated views, forms, business rules, relationships, and process flows.

Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, and testing. Experience with Microsoft 365 and component/supporting technologies, such as SharePoint, Forms, and Teams, is also essential.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and learning. Experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills

The following skills are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Experience with Power Apps Portals / Power Pages.
  • Experience in Agile delivery using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
  • Experience of.Net Development (C#, MVC) / Dynamics 365 / Azure PaaS (Logic Apps, Functions).
  • Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience in a consultancy role.
