Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Assistant Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward by providing exceptional support to our senior merchandisers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sales reporting and trade analysis, identifying key opportunities and risks to inform business decisions.
- Update Weekly Sales and Stock Inventory (WSSIs) and line card data on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with senior merchandisers to identify and execute promotions and markdowns, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Support Merchandise Allocation Assistants (MAAs) in monitoring store performance and allocating stock effectively.
- Excellent Excel skills, with experience in line cards, WSSIs, trade reporting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of product, retail environments, and a passion for data-driven decision making.
