About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant. As a key member of our Stores Network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a heartfelt experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Help customers navigate our digital services, educating them on the benefits and guiding them through the process
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Stores and Digital Experience Centre to ensure seamless customer service
  • Represent Virgin Money as an ambassador, promoting our brand and values in the local community
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • A keen interest in digital technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving collective goals
