About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our HR team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our people analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in providing HR management information, data analysis, and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse people-related business problems and present findings in relevant and easily understandable formats.
  • Interrogate and analyse data using statistical and quantitative analytical techniques.
  • Design and build new data products based on customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance the business and model colleague data.
  • Maintain data integrity and provide guidance on accessing, analysing, and interpreting colleague data.
