**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited in Southam.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with previous experience in purchasing or procurement to provide administration support to our buying team.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring that all goods arrive on schedule.
- As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in purchasing and procurement.
About You:
- We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You should have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in using software such as Sage Accounts and Microsoft Office.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with the team regularly.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Benefits:
- The salary for this position is up to £26,500 per annum.
- You will also receive private medical insurance after a successful probationary period, annual bonus based on company performance, and 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
- In addition, you will be enrolled in our auto-enrolment pension scheme.
Requirements:
