Job Summary

Supporting Individuals with Substance Misuse and Mental Health Issues

This role requires a professional to deliver evidence-based drugs and alcohol support to individuals experiencing substance misuse issues and mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will manage a protected caseload, coordinate assessments, and deliver interventions, recovery planning, and aftercare planning.

The Service

Via Brent is a fully integrated substance misuse service providing psychosocial and clinical interventions in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL).

The team promotes recovery and works with individuals directly and indirectly affected by substance misuse, improving the health, wellbeing, and functioning of Brent residents.

Location

This post will be based across both New Beginnings Hubs and remotely across the borough, including at Central Middlesex Hospital.

The successful candidate will be part of a team actively promoting recovery and improving the health and wellbeing of Brent residents.
