  • As a Financial Analyst, you'll work closely with the Home Solutions Director and leadership team to drive growth and improve financial performance.
  • You'll assist the operation in embedding and improving net zero fulfilment activity within BGS&S and in the design and operation of any intercompany requirements thereon.
  • Liaise with supply chain colleagues to ensure stock position and cost of different fulfilment methods is understood.
  • You'll support the wider finance team and business by providing robust, insight and analysis to drive improvements in financial performance.
  • Develop deep understanding of key drivers of resourcing and fulfilling home installations, including a rolling risks and opportunities list.
  • Understand business strategy and its translation into financial impacts, and support its effective communication across Finance.
  • Carry out non-standard / bespoke analysis to support business decision making as required.

About You

  • Accountancy qualification
  • Post-qualification experience
  • Strong ability to summarise complex matters and communicate effectively to influence a range of audiences;
  • Ability to proactively develop positive and highly effective working relationships, influencing management on delivery and relevant strategy;
  • Strategic thinking - able to step away from the detail and combine data with external trends and market data to see the bigger picture;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to provide check and challenge to the business in their decision making in an effective and constructive manner;
  • A demonstrated ability in commercial analysis and evaluation, with strong commercial acumen to support delivery of business goals;
  • Ability to identify, assess and analyse operational risks and controls.
