The ideal candidate may be a dedicated senior with good tenures, ready to take the next step towards management. An NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management would be advantageous, but it's not essential. A level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is a great starting point.
This Deputy Director opportunity offers a highly competitive salary in the region of £28k-£32k, depending on experience and performance during selection. We provide comprehensive guidance to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage care staff to maintain high standards
