Highways and Civils Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at a Manchester-based company with over 77 years of expertise in highways, section works, and infrastructure.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers excellent job stability and long-term career opportunities. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or construction management
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the highways and civils sector
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
