Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and develop tailored business strategies to expand product reach
  • Conduct market research and create innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the Director and General Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Attend international and domestic meetings and events to build relationships and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Food service industry background with experience in account management and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to commute to Galston
