Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Service, Maintenance, and Repairs: Conduct service, maintenance, and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Technical Competence: Apply technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Flexibility: Adapt to varying work schedules and travel requirements, including extensive travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Full UK driver's license
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Willingness and availability for extensive travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe
