**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Senior Print and Graphic Designer to join our women's design team at Jaded London. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating commercially relevant prints and graphics for our garments, from concept stage to production.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  1. Conduct research on current and future trends in print and graphics to drive newness and maintain the Jaded London womenswear handwriting.
  2. Design high-quality prints and graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD software.
  3. Collaborate with the wider womenswear design team to ensure efficient workflow of designs, prints, and sample production.
  4. Drawing influences from a wide range of sources, including Instagram micro trends, seasonal global trends, catwalks, and research trips.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in designing for an aspirational brand.
  • Experience working across various print categories, including sublimation, digital, screen, flock, and rhinestone placement.
  • Ability to work across multiple mediums, creating .psd or .ai artworks from photos and stock images.
  • Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the Jaded London womenswear customer.
  • Fashion forward-thinking and directional trend print eye.
  • Excellent time management and resilience skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-moving environments with multiple deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Good personal handwriting and the ability to adapt to various styles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and color sense.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
