Customer Service Manager

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that serves customers and builds strong relationships to encourage repeat business. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible gaming habits.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and operating betting terminals.
  • Help customers navigate our products and services, providing demonstrations and support as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, contributing to the success of the shop team.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Open or close the shop as needed, taking on additional responsibilities as a key holder.

Working Patterns:

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 9am-9.30pm, with varying shifts and rosters to ensure adequate coverage. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, working a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts.

At Entain, we prioritize work-life balance, providing a rota at least four weeks in advance to help you plan your schedule.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to work in our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
