A motivated Senior Conveyancing Specialist is required to join our team, with expertise in shared ownership transactions. This role involves handling shared ownership property transactions, including buying, selling, staircasing, and lease extensions. Due to the complexity of shared ownership compared to traditional residential property transactions, candidates should possess strong technical skills and a client-focused approach.

This will involve managing all aspects of shared ownership transactions, including purchases, sales, staircasing, and lease extensions, with meticulous attention to detail. You will communicate complex legal issues in clear, jargon-free language, prioritising clients' interests and ensuring understanding at each stage.

You
You will be a UK-qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with post-qualification experience in residential property law, specifically skilled in shared ownership transactions, including staircasing and lease extensions.
