Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays 8am - 1pm on rota basis
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Lookers Mercedes Benz of Gatwick. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
Responsibilities
• Conducting vehicle health checks using the latest technology
• Performing vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
• Carrying out additional repairs once authorised by the customer
• Warranty repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and relevant documentation is complete
• Taking customers' vehicles out on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified
• Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a workshop environment. You will be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, with the ability to work to the highest standards. A full UK driving licence and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification are required. MOT Licence would be a bonus.
