Catering Team Member - Join Our Team

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness? We are looking for a Catering Team Member to join our team at The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead and/or The Horder Centre, Crowborough.

As a Catering Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider catering team in providing an effective and efficient service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working closely with the CCM/Chefs/Ward Hosts to prepare and facilitate all food and beverage orders
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hygienic environment in line with legislative and hospital requirements
  • Ensuring daily equipment/maintenance checks are carried out and reporting any faulty equipment or fixtures in a timely manner
  • Aiding in patient service wherever possible and providing general support for both the Catering production and service teams
