This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our Lifts, Escalators and Doors business, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records in SAP, ensuring timely communication with engineers and customers.
- Process insurance claims and create jobs for immediate defects, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate and manage documents, including requisitions and customer reports.
- Verify Not-On-Contract (NOC) cases and ensure correct customer charges.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including booking doors orders and managing customer portals.
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is desirable, with training provided.
