We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager Insulation / Roofing to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sell a comprehensive range of distributed insulation systems for roofing, flooring, building, fire protection, dry wall, and other applications to national and independent builders merchants.
- Manage sales-focused teams to increase sales while maintaining and developing existing customer accounts.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Contribute to branch profitability targets by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Support the branch manager in the absence of their duties and assist with the management of 4 branch staff.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Branch Manager Insulation / Roofing or in a similar role, with a strong background in sales and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Commercially capable, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends.
- Loyal and technical, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
