We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of medium and large-scale infrastructure projects, engaging with a diverse portfolio of clients.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, leveraging your expertise in civil infrastructure design and software such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage, and InfoDrainage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals and manage project execution.
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Leverage software tools to optimize project delivery and improve efficiency.

About the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design, with a strong background in drainage and highway projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with industry software, including Autodesk Civil 3D, Microdrainage, and InfoDrainage.
