Clinical Lead for Elderly Nursing Home

Job Summary: Compass Associates is seeking a qualified nurse to fill a Clinical Lead position in a nursing home near Guildford. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a nursing home environment, strong clinical skills, and a passion for elderly care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
* Develop and implement care plans for residents
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN)
* Previous nursing home experience
* Strong clinical skills
* Genuine passion for elderly care
* Leadership experience in a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager capacity
Interview Process:
There is a 2-stage interview process. Stage 1 involves an interview with the Home Manager, and Stage 2 is a formal interview with the client.
