Nurse Associate/Assistant Practitioner in Complex Wound Clinics

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Associate/Assistant Practitioner to join our team in Complex Wound Clinics. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our wound care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously in the community setting, reviewing patients and providing evidence-based care under the indirect supervision of a registered nurse.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in audits and service improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Supervise and support Healthcare Assistants, Trainee Nursing Associates, and Pre-registration nurses to ensure effective team functioning.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Level 5 Foundation Degree Nursing Associate or equivalent.
- GCSEs Grades 4 and above or A to C in Maths and English or equivalent level qualification.
