Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service fixed wireless access networks, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to safety standards.
  • Configure routers, modems, and other networking hardware and software to provide seamless full wireless connectivity.
  • Perform thorough testing services to confirm functionality and signal strength.
  • Complete wireless installs surveys using provided IT equipment.
  • Use 3rd party network software applications to assist in providing detailed survey and install plans.
  • Inventory management and quality awareness.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in engineering and telecommunications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
  • CSS Worksafe (Safe working at Height), Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, and Street Works (Unit 2 01 SLG) certifications.
