**About Us**

Newhills Medical Practice, Easterhouse Health Centre, 9 Auchinlea Road, Glasgow G34 9HQ, is a forward-thinking and innovative teaching practice, hosting clinical placements for the University of Glasgow.

We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional patient care to over 10,000 patients within a supportive working environment. Our large, modern, purpose-built surgery operates the Emis Clinical System and Docman Document Management System.

As a primary care specialist, you will work as an experienced healthcare professional, responsible for expert clinical care and management of both stable and acutely unwell patients. Your assessment, examination, diagnosis, management, treatment initiation, and evaluation will provide advanced levels of nursing practice and clinical decision-making.

You will triage, signpost, and optimize workflow to offer optimum care, with a GP on site to support. We value a healthy work-life balance and offer flexibility in working hours.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding Advanced Practice role within unscheduled care.

**Requirements**

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice including V300 qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, clinical judgement, and decision-making, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in autonomous practice in primary care or out-of-hours

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
