Job Overview:

GAP Group LTD is a leading provider of plant and tool hire services to the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. We are seeking a skilled Regional Plant Mechanic to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in plant and tool hire or a related field and will be responsible for hiring and maintaining a range of equipment, including diggers, dumpers, and small hand tools.

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of plant and equipment, including diggers, dumpers, and small hand tools
  • Coordinating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in plant and tool hire or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance and repair
