SEND Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEND Team Manager to join our Preparing for Adulthood Team in East of England.
As a SEND Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of case officers and reporting to the Head of Service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Education Health and Care planning and review function for young people in academic year 9 and above.
- Acting as Preparing for Adulthood champion within the council, working to secure employment opportunities for young people with SEND.
- Ensuring effective transitions for young people with EHC Plans, securing provision into post 16 and adult health and care provision.
