Job Title: Van Driver/Furniture Installation Specialist

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Belfast

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Van Driver/Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team at Ashton Recruitment. As a key member of our warehouse and delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and installation of furniture and other products to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Actively control the location and condition of stock
* Order stock as required
* Record and locate stock in the correct place
* Check in and record stock as it arrives
* Pick and prepare stock for delivery
* Deliver stock as required or as instructed
* Deliver and install furniture and other products supplied by the client
* Work as part of a team within all aspects of the business
* Organise stock and keep the warehouse in a clean, tidy and workable condition

Requirements:

* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Experience of working in a warehouse, ideally with knowledge of warehouse systems
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to work long hours when required

Desirable Criteria:

* Experience of delivering and installing medical products throughout Ireland
* Experience of stock rotation and stock replenishment
* Knowledge of Business Central or other IT system
* Mechanically inclined
