Agricultural Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing fault diagnostics and maintenance on tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reactive and planned maintenance on the company's fleet of tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment
  • Fault diagnostics on all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Ensure that all administration is up to date and inputted into our vehicle management system
  • Work to the company's high standards in health and safety
  • Support other members of the workshop team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience providing planned maintenance, fault diagnostics, and reactive maintenance on tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbally
  • Live within 45 minutes' commute of our workshop in Didcot
