Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our L&D strategy, driving team member growth and development.

  • Partnership with senior leaders to identify internal manager succession pipeline challenges and opportunities.
  • As a senior leader in the L&D team, you will share knowledge and coach junior members, ensuring continuous improvement of programs.
  • Maintenance of Third Bridge's cutting-edge L&D solutions for manager development.
  • Establishing long-term relationships with external vendors to deliver tailored learning materials complementing internal programs.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  1. Exceptional communication skills
  2. Strong project management skills, including lean and agile methodologies
  3. Commercial acumen to demonstrate ROI of learning programs to stakeholders
  4. Proven ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
  5. Group coaching and facilitation skills for manager development
  6. Subject matter expertise in designing and delivering workshops for manager development
  7. A solid understanding of Third Bridge's business and interest in the world of investment research
  8. Ability to work effectively within a multinational team and adapt to diverse working cultures
  9. Self-awareness and accountability for professional development
